I've used MSS Cleaning several times now to clean our upholstered couch. They've continued to do a great job and were right on time at the top of the arrival window, which I really appreciated. The machine they use to clean runs out to their truck, so try to schedule your cleaning for a nice day since your door or window ill need to be open while they work!

I really appreciate the tech's advice and patience when he arrived at the property. He helped me think through how the tile cleaning would impact my older floors, which helped me make the right decision for the house. They cleaned all the carpets for me, and the odors and dirt are all gone. Very impressive. Appreciated the communication when traffic caused a delay in their scheduled arrival time. We were worried we might have to replace our carpet after we discovered our dog had urinated in an area of a room multiple times. We had used special cleaners and our carpet cleaning machine several times, it helped some, but the smell still lingered as we just couldn’t deal with it ourself since the area had dried when we caught it. MSS was able to get the job done. So thankful and relieved!

MSS cleaned a medium sized hallway carpet stain for our condominiums. The stain was caused by a dropped bottle of full Bailey's, so it was rather ugly and tenacious. I tried to tackle the stain myself first, but it quickly became obvious I needed a professional. While the carpet wasn't entirely restored (the texture remains harder), I don't know if anyone could have saved this carpet. They managed to completely remove the discoloration, and when I called them back about the texture, they immediately scheduled a follow-up to give it a second try, no extra charge. During the whole process they were professional and kind, and I look forward to working with them in the future!

I highly recommend MSS Cleaning. Wesley did an awesome job suggesting the level of service I needed to remove stains from my puppy and other dog. It was not cheap but much cheaper than having to replace the flooring. He made sure everything looked good and that I was happy before leaving. There were a few stains they were not able to get up but that was because of the icy product I used to try and clean it up. Great service!!

Wonderful experience with MSS! After moving into an apartment that had not been reasonably cleaned from prior tenants, I knew I needed the help of professionals. I bought a used, well taken care of couch, which needed cleaning, I hired the company MSS Cleaning Denver. After cleaning (ruining) the couch, he called me up to show me the what two of the cushions looked like. He had already ruined the entire couch but I told them to stop, since they were making it worse - the white cushions were turning shades of grey/black. The technician was very rude and condescending. I had him stop and told them to send out another technician, who arrived and maded a bad situation even worse. I told him to stop and leave and called the manager.The manager (Alberto Salazar) was extremely rude, trying to tell me its "my fault", since I must have misused the couch (his words), and now it's my problem and he won't do anything to make it right.After explaining to Ablerto that since they were cleaning professionals, they would know the best way to resolve this - again he was very rude and said "We stand by our process and procedures, and to not accept any liability in this case".They ruined my couch and basically told me to deal with it, since they are done and have no more responsibility.

I had them clean a $4,000 cream colored couch that was about a year or so old. The fabric care tag on it says not to wash it with water, as it will damage the fabric. They showed up to clean it, made it sound like it would be an easy process and I left them to clean it. I was horrified to see what happened—the whole couch was a dark gray color, and I believe it’s because they used water on the fabric. This was a great couch in good condition. It was about 90% clean and they somehow made it dirtier. I spoke to the owner and gave them another chance to make it right. They returned the following day, and to their credit, they were able to clean two of the cushions to the precious cream color, but they completely damaged the fabric. The weave of the fabric separated because of them, and the owner refused to take responsibility and blamed me for not taking care of my couch (which is false—it was in great shape before they touched it). He was rude, belittling and I would not recommend their services to anyone. I asked him to compensate me for a new couch, as mine is now unusable, and he said they wouldn’t do that, but they would take care of me by not charging me for their service. I now have a ruined couch with mismatched cushions because they only fixed two of them. For a company that claims to be the best in the business, I expected better.

I had a great experience with MSS Cleaning. It was so easy to book online and once I did they were able to get my carpet cleaned within a day or two of booking. I then received a text right away confirming the appointment. It was a tad expensive for a little bedroom carpet (minimum of $150), but it was worth it as I was putting my unit on the market and needed the carpet cleaned asap. The guys were super responsive to my texts and questions.

I called MSS based on the many positive reviews I read on google and yelp. Alberto answered the the call and we scheduled a time to clean my carpets. Two days before the scheduled time, I realized I would not be able to keep the appointment, and I called Alberto to reschedule. He was able to schedule for a day sooner! Jason was on time and very pleasant. We looked at the areas that showed traffic marks and he said he’d do his best. He did an amazing job! The carpets look like new! I wish I’d known about MSS years ago, and highly recommend this company.

This company is great! I called inquiring about stretching and cleaning only our family room. Pricing was very reasonable, AND they came to my house the same day! I fully expected it might be a few days out, so was truly amazed that they squeezed me and made my day to get the job done so quickly! They communicated by email and text, confirmed the plan, and the tech reached out when he was enroute. Gonzalo (tech) was awesome! amazing job. i have hired in the past many cleaning companies that all they do is vacuum with a steam vacuum but really superficially. this company really scrubs your carpets and makes them look like new. will definitely use them again. worth paying a little more but getting the job done right.

.We had an emergency! Called our usual carpet professional who could not come for a week. So much for professional loyalty. Googled "emergency carpet cleaners" , MSS was at the top of the list. What a nice and professional group! I had a scheduling change due to a medical appointment. Alberto kindly rescheduled and the crew who showed up were also very understanding. Alberto responded to questions and I sent pictures to give him a better idea of the scope of the job for an estimate. They verified the work to be done. The crew, David Juan Hernandez and Gonzalo, were on time, work was excellent, on budget and they were very professional as well as courteous and personable. They were also conscious of using fresh, new pad under the carpet (vs an older remnant) as I have multiple allergies.I’ve done lots of remodeling. We had a great experience overall with MSS Cleaning. We hadn't cleaned our carpets for a few years, and primarily wanted some pet stains and odors removed from a few areas. After the cleaning session was done, we noticed a few areas where some pet odors/stains remained, so I contacted Alberto Salazar from MSS Cleaning, and he immediately scheduled a follow-up session to address those issues free of charge. Jose arrived a week later, explained how he was going to clean the specific pet odors/stains, and he immediately went to work. The stains and odors are all gone, and the carpet looks great! I called Tuesday I believe and they were able to come out two days later. Recently moved into our new home, new carpet and two new puppies that have been somewhat resistant to potty training. The smell was a bit much but MSS took care of that. Fast, friendly and efficient service! Will use them again in a couple months as I’m sure the docs will continue to have accidents or “on purposes!”

Amalio and Alberto did a fantastic job of first stretching and than thoroughly cleaning my 9 year old carpeting that was apparently very unprofessionally and hurriedly installed just before I bought my condo in 2009. Alberto did a great job of some minor repairs that we're also needed. They were both very courteous and professional and I would definitely recommend them and their great Service.

Gilberto Perez-Martinez came out to my house and I explained what I wanted and why and he did exactly what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. Mike did an incredible job! The Guarantee their work in the stand by it. My son had spilled red soda die on our new carpet they were able to remove the red spot it look good. But since it was brand new carpet we decided to patch it since we had leftover carpet from when it was installed. His patch job was flawless it looks like nothing even happened. I highly recommend MSS!

Excellent service and communication! Andrew and his team were very accommodating with our last minute schedule changes and fit us in within a few days after we had to cancel our initial appointment due to an emergency. We had our basement carpet and a sectional sofa cleaned. The team called to let us know they were on their way and showed up a bit ahead of time. Gilbert and Alberto took their time and did an excellent job, they were careful with the hoses and equipment and encouraged us to check everything to make sure we were happy. Great customer service, friendly crew, great job, and reasonable pricing - I'll be using MSS Cleaning again.

I had two couches cleaned, while the first time they came out was not the best experience or cleaning job, Andrew called me right away and set up another truck to come out and make it right. The two technicians that came out were very professional and did a great job! They are went above and beyond to fix the first job that didn’t go as well. Andrew explained to me that the first technician was more of a commercial guy stepping in to help when they were short handed and wanted to make my job right! I can’t say enough about how good the cleaning job was and how Andrew and his team made it right as soon as possible. They even cleaned my two throw rugs! I would highly recommend using them! I have become a customer for life. After awful experiences with other carpet companies, it was a breath of fresh air to find one with the customer service, reasonable prices and amazing cleaning that MSS performed. The company was very accommodating to my schedule, they gave me an actual service time (not a 3 hour window), the carpets look immaculate, and the technician (also the owner) treated our home with respect. My schedule actually changed the night before the appointment, and they were able to accommodate my schedule by coming over 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time. Just incredible.

We were getting ready to list our house and needed somebody to come out and clean carpets. The scheduling was easy and they were flexible with the different requests we had. I submitted my request for a quote just yesterday morning (12/28). Andrew replied before I could even believe he received the request! His price was reasonable and he was able to fit me in today which I thought was fantastic. His tech Alberto called ahead of time to confirm and arrived right around the time I scheduled. He cleaned a basement sofa for me (original request). He also cleaned my family room carpet and portions of 2 microfiber sofas in my family room - it all turned out amazing! Alberto even cleaned part of my living room carpet where we had moved the basement sofa to be cleaned! I have also had some issues with my new-ish kitchen floor and both Andrew and Alberto have been so helpful troubleshooting solutions. I already scheduled them for next week to take care of that issue, per the plan we came up with. I will be using MSS cleaning for other projects in my house in the future - they were prompt, reliable, reasonable and helpful. What more could you ask for?

We had a terrific experience with Andrew and all of Metrosource Services! They are extremely professional, friendly, prompt and their work is very thorough! Our (cream/white) carpets were an absolute mess and I desperately needed them cleaned before hosting Thanksgiving. Andrew scheduled us right away and walked me through the entire process. After the carpets were cleaned, I had some questions about spot treatment before getting out carpets cleaned again next year. He recommended some products and even dropped off a bottle of spray to try! I will definitely use Metrosource again next year!!

Metro Source Services came by and deep cleaned 3 carpeted bedrooms, 3 tiled areas, and one large shag rug. The difference was night and day!!
